Terms and conditions

• An appointment must be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance. 
  If the appointment is not canceled or canceled on time, 50% of the rate will be charged. 
  In case of calamities, leniency will be applied.
• Clients must be in time for their treatment; if the client is not present in time treatment duration is shortened.
• Prices include VAT.
• Treatments must be paid in cash preferably and based on invoice.
  If not possible the invoice amount needs to be transferred to:
  NL34 RABO 0326 9254 30 mentioning the invoice number.
• Treatments at Sports Massage Veldhoven are not reimbursed by insurance. Some Craniosacral therapists are affiliated with a professional association and under those conditions there are a number of insurance companies that then reimburse part of the care under Alternative care. Like many therapists, I am not affiliated with the professional association because they prescribe which additional courses I must follow for a certain number of study load hours / points. With the Masterclasses that I regularly attend, I achieve more than the prescribed number of points, but these are different courses.
